What drinks can I put in my Eclipse Water Bottle?
Your Eclipse Water Bottle can be used for water, carbonated beverages, milk and fruit juice. You can add ice cubes, but do not put your Eclipse Bottle in the freezer or allow the beverage inside to freeze. Your Eclipse Bottle is not intended for hot liquids or for long-term storage of liquids. Do not place your Eclipse Bottle in the microwave and do not freeze your bottle.
Tips:
Carbonated Beverages – avoid excessive shaking and fill no more than 1.5 inches below the lip. Open cap slowly to relieve any pressure in your Eclipse Bottle.
Milk or Fruit Juice – drink within 12 hours of filling the Eclipse Bottle. Warmth and oxygen may initiate a fermentation process.

Yes, your Eclipse Bottle can be recycled.
How should I clean my Eclipse Water Bottle?
Hand wash only. Do not place your Eclipse Water Bottle in a dishwasher. Wash your Eclipse Bottle with soap and warm water and store bottle with the cap removed. Do not use hard bristled brushes to clean the interior of your Eclipse Bottle. Wash the bottle, seal and cap before using for the first time.

How is my order processed?
You will receive an email from EclipseBottles.com to confirm your transaction that will include your order number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email notification advising you that your order has left our warehouse and providing you with a tracking number.
Your order is entered into the system upon receipt and your credit card is charged when you place your order. VeriSign Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, is used to encrypt the information you enter and keep it safe.
Why didn't I get a confirmation of my order?
If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order or an email confirming that your order has shipped, check your junk mail folder. On occasion, your email provider may mark confirmation emails as spam in error and move them into a separate junk mail folder.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted forms of payment. You may also pay via PayPal. All prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars.
What if I do not have a Credit Card?
If you do not have a credit card, you may use PayPal, a pre-paid credit card or gift card that can be purchased at many local retailers. Prior to using the pre-paid card on our site, you should contact the card provider and register the card with a name and address. What is your exchange policy?
You may exchange a damaged or defective bottle for a new bottle within 30 days of placing your order. Please include a copy of your order confirmation so that we have your order information. Please include a description of the problem you are having with the bottle. Upon receiving your returned bottle, a new bottle will be shipped to you within seven business days. Exchanges without a copy of the order confirmation or description of problem cannot be processed.
COD or hand deliveries of exchanges will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned bottles that are lost in the mail.

My credit card was declined, why does my account show a charge for my order?
If your credit card was declined, we have not charged your credit card for the order. Your credit card provider may be holding/reserving funds because it received a credit card verification inquiry. The reserved funds should be released by your credit card after a period of time. If you have any questions or concerns about this please call you credit card provider.
Why does my credit card account show multiple charges when I only placed one order?
Our website is designed to charge your credit card once for every order process request. If you requested multiple transactions in error, we will make every effort to assist you in correcting this in advance of your orders being shipped. However, we are not responsible for transaction requests placed in error.
If your credit card was declined or if you attempted to check-out unsuccessfully prior to successfully placing an order, your credit card provider may be holding/reserving funds because it received a credit card verification inquiry. Will I be charged sales tax?
In accordance with state law, all orders shipped to California will be subject to 9.75% sales tax on the entire order, inclusive of shipping and handling. Orders shipped to outside of California will not be charged sales tax. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number. You may use the tracking number on the carrier's website to determine the status of your order. We will strive to deliver your order as soon as possible however, unless rush delivery is chosen, please allow up to three weeks for delivery of your order within the continental United States. Orders from outside the continental United States may exceed three weeks.
What if I haven't received my tracking number?
When you place an order, you will receive an email from EclipseBottles.com to confirm the transaction that will include your order number. This email will not have your tracking number on it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email notification that will include your tracking number. You will not receive a tracking number until your order is shipped. If you have not received your tracking number, your order may not have shipped yet.

When will my order be shipped?
Most in stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. We will strive to deliver your order as soon as possible however, unless rush delivery is chosen, please allow up to three weeks for delivery of your order within the continental United States. Orders shipping to outside the continental United States may exceed three weeks.
Expedited and Express Shipping may also be available for orders within the United States. The cost of Expedited and Express Shipping will be calculated at time of checkout. Shipping times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not from the date your order is placed. When your order ships you will receive an email notification that will include your tracking number.

The cost of standard shipping and handling within the continental United States is $4.99 per bottle. The cost of shipping and handling for Expedited Shipping, Express Shipping and delivery outside the continental United States is calculated by the website when you place your order. You will always have the opportunity to view the total cost of shipping and handling prior to confirming your order.
Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Do you ship to APO and FPO Military addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS). Please use AE or AP as the state for APO and FPO addresses. Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses can only be sent via Standard Shipping.
